The room is warm and cosy and the staff are lovely. It has particularly good, amazing setting, near to San Sebastian.
As we remember, there was no lift.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to restaurants, bars and the beach, the old town, close to the beach and many restaurants and cafes, and San Sebastian. It also was within 10 min walking distance to Kontxa hondartza - Playa de la Concha.

the room was bright and clean, with a shared bathroom. the staff were affable, helped with any issues. as for me, the location was perfect and stunning, really close to airport bus stop, san sebastian and the old town, close to the beach and many restaurants and cafes.
